The condo number is 309 and is located in building C on the third floor.
The code for the door is issued separately either from the booking site or by text.
To open the door, touch the screen and you will see the display appear. Then enter the code and press the round button on the screen.
To lock the door when you leave, make sure it is unlocked from the inside.
Then just touch the screen briefly and then you will hear it lock.
When you arrive.
When you arrive please go to the HOA office at the entrance of building C to register and collect your welcome pack.
Your welcome pack will be in the mailbox labelled C/D and the code to the mailbox is 0727
You will receive a parking pass and pool wrist bands that you will need to wear when using the pool area.
The code for the pool is 423
We would like to remind you that there is no smoking in the property or on the balconies.
Quite hours are 10pm to 8am (HOA requirement)
Please do not leave items outside the condo or hang anything from the balconies (HOA requirement)
Check in time is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Parking can be anywhere but please display the parking pass.
There is an elevator at the other end of building C away from the HOA office.
